    OPS Group Description:
    The TA Financial Administration department is responsible for the processing of AllianceBernstein Investor Services’
    Transfer Agency Fees, payments of Sub-Accounting Fees to outside dealer/partners, and all out-of-pocket expenses
    due from all funds for payment of invoices related to maintaining shareholder accounts and the San Antonio site. All
    invoices in or out of the Transfer Agency related to any of these three areas are processed, verified, and reconciled in
    the department. This department is also responsible for providing monthly accruals for our custodial banks and
    Corporate Accounting and is involved in financial and non-financial functions related to budgeting, profitability, fund
    expense analysis, turnover and average account size calculations used in the quarterly contract renewal process.

    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a San Antonio based Associate to join our TA Financial Administration team in TA Administration.

     

    The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Handling both internal/external inquiries and incoming work requests
    • Data entry of invoice payments and details in payment system
    • Maintaining filing systems
    • Run daily reports of outstanding payments
    • Create/Update/Maintain approval routes in Payment system
    • Matching payment confirms with outstanding invoices
    • Processing of vendor invoices related to out of pocket expenses

    Qualifications

    The ideal candidate should have 3+ years billing/invoice and accounting experience. The ideal candidate will
    have excellent data entry skills. The candidate should have very strong communication skills, be highly
    organized and detail-oriented. The candidate should have familiarity in working with Excel spreadsheets and
    data entry within Access databases. The candidate must be able to multi task and prioritize issues while
    operating accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


    Qualifications, Experience, Education:

    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Familiarity of data entry in MS Access
    • Ability to learn quickly and apply new processes and procedures
    • Must be well organized and detail oriented
    • Must possess excellent problem solving and communication skills
    • Must be able to multi task and prioritize issues
    • Able to operate accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
