    Job Summary

    The APAC Business Analyst/Project Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of a project throughout the entire project lifecycle.  They will partner with the marketing teams in the Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Korea and Australia offices. The role will support the end-to-end project inception and delivery of digital initiatives- include gathering requirements, backlog prioritization, user journey optimization, product launch and driving engagement.  The BA/PM you will also face off with the Quality Assurance lead and hand off specs to help build out test plans, as well as manage expectations around QA Testing, User Acceptance Testing and final sign off.  


    The primary focus for the APAC BA/PM will be to partner with the region, understand their needs and ensure a variety of digital marketing experiences are being delivered.  Understanding the framework that our sites are built on (Adobe Experience Manager), and documenting not only what we have today, but better ways of implementing to optimize the digital platform. Ensuring we are moving the marketing efforts in the direction of “best in class” solutions.  Being available to work with teams in the US, during their local working hours will be required from time to time.

    Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Experience working in collaborative environments requiring communication and feedback from multiple partners and stakeholders. Including: Business Sponsors, Marketing, Front-end Development, Back-end Development, Production, Content Strategy and Design
    • Facilitate working meetings effectively, using techniques such as active listening and negotiation. Tailor communication style to suit both face-to-face and virtual settings
    • Manage Ambiguity: Assess and understand business problems and translate into analysis requirements and identify meaningful insights that improve the overall customer experience
    • Manage and prioritize across multiple projects that are going on in the region


    • Experience with Adobe Digital Marketing Platform a plus
    • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
    • Experience working with Asia popular social media advertising platforms including WeChat, Caifuhao, LINE, Kakao, and/or Youtube.
    • Working experience with Morningstar, Bloomberg, and/or Lipper
    • Ability to develop custom marketing dashboard, analysis online behaviors and provide actionable insights.
    • Experience with China digital landscape is a plus.
    • Experience worked in asset management industry is preferable.
    • Experience with Adobe Digital Marketing Platform a plus
    • 5+ years of PM/BA experience;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills; influencing and negotiation skills (leadership); Stakeholder Management;
    • Risk Management - identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks;
    • Strong project management and analytical problem-solving skills; Risk Management;
    • Be comfortable with IT tools and are interesting in management of project through Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
    • Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English; Clear communication and writing skills;
