    In this role you will respond to inquiries in a knowledgeable and courteous manner while working within a team
    environment to maintain the high-quality standards set by AllianceBernstein Investor Services and our clients. The incumbent serves as the “front line” in representing who AllianceBernstein is and in building a positive perception of the Firm with existing and potential clients. 


    Associates will work within TA2000, RUMBA, SMART Desk, and StorQM applications. They also utilize the
    AllianceBernstein website to assist clients with on-line account access.


    The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
    Responding to customer inquiries with detailed information regarding existing accounts, mutual fund products, fund objectives, and legal requirements. Processing account transactions, updating account history, and
    analyzing/researching account activity and history.




    Qualifications, Experience, Education:
    Previous customer service experience, experience in a call center or financial services a plus, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

    PC proficiency, proven ability to multi-task, excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication.

    Special Knowledge (if applicable):
    Knowledge within the financial industry is helpful but not required.
