    Responsibilities

    The analyst is responsible for analyzing credits and market data information and providing investment recommendations within the investable space of the portfolios, as well as supporting the senior credit analysts.

     

    This position requires at least 6 months each year of time spend in Hong Kong office with the regional Fixed Income team

     

    Responsibilities

    • Analyzing corporate credits, including Asian USD/CNH offshore credits and China onshore credits
    • Analyzing market data, including index compositions, compiling earnings results, building quantitative models
    • Providing investment recommendations
    • Support senior credit analysts

    Qualifications

    • Minimal a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or economics or computer science or Mathematics
    • Programming capability a plus
    • CFA a plus

     

    Skills and Experience

    • Basic understanding of fixed income instruments
    • Basic understanding of accounts, corporate finance, and financial analysis
    • Programming capability preferred, including the use of Python, MatLab and/or other programming languages
    • Demonstration of strong analytical capability
    • Thrives in a fast pace environment
    • Takes responsibly for own self development
    • Excellent written & verbal communication
    • Team player
    • Fluent in English and Mandarin highly desirable
