    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a Nashville based analyst to join our Cash Reconciliation Analyst team in Insurance Operations. Within Insurance Operations, the individual will be responsible for the governance and completion of all daily Reconciliation activities. This includes interaction with Portfolio Management teams, SRM and Custodian banks, Auditors and AXA US Insurance Accounting Department and working with the AXA US General Ledger. The individual will be expected to work as a part of a team and will need to be able to communicate effectively with various internal and external clients.

    The Insurance Operations team services many internal and external applications. Daily the Analyst will use Microsoft Office; internal applications such as CAMRA, AceWin and AB Advantage, along with external and potentially new applications that include Bloomberg as well as a number of custodian websites. 

     

    The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Daily monitoring and evidencing of oversight controls related to reconciliation.
    • Working collaboratively internal and external stakeholders.
    • Participation in various firm initiatives and working groups
    • Participation in internal/external audit best practice discussions

     

    Qualifications

    Ideal candidates will demonstrate the ability to operate under pressure with time constraints in addition to the willingness to work in a team environment and a desire to learn. Demonstrate a desire to learn our firm’s philosophy and our department processes. College education required 2+ years of industry experience a must. A knowledge of some accounting would be a plus.

     

    Our analysts typically have track records of outstanding professional performance or academic achievement, along with excellent analytical skills, financial skills, technical skills, attentions to detail and as well as strong communication skills.  Candidates should have a strong ability to work and manage in a collaborative environment and to present results to both expert and non-expert audiences.
