The Financial Compensation team at AB is looking for a Compensation Administration Analyst to oversee the cyclical administration of the on-going and annual compensation activities of the global firm. With the Finance functions relocating to Nashville, TN, this exciting role is new to the firm and will have the opportunity to exert influence and change to current processes as well as bring innovation in process development. The position is part of the Corporate Planning and Analysis Department.
